ATTENTION: Effective December 1, 2022, Shelbyville Power, Water & Sewerage Systems will discontinue its practice of providing door hangers (pink slips) for delinquent accounts subject to disconnection. Mailed late notices will now serve as final communication before service is disconnected. Shelbyville Power, Water & Sewerage Systems reserves the right to discontinue service at any time after the date stated on the late notice, but not sooner than ten days past the due date.

Shelbyville Power Water & Sewerage

Shelbyville Power, Water, and Sewerage System provides service to approximately 11,900 electric accounts, 11,850 water accounts, and 9,830 sewer accounts.

The system is operated by the General Manager under the governance of a seven-member board comprised of five citizen members and two representatives of the City of Shelbyville.

The Shelbyville Power, Water, and Sewerage Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:00 PM.
